I had no clue what was going on the entire estimate. was never told what they were going to do or not do. i figured they would do the remodeling on my home and had no clue they even did flooring. When i had another company who bid to do the floors paul threw a fit and pulled his workers from the job. Didn't even bother to tell me till a week later when i called and asked him if he was going to finish. his workers tore up walls when they were moving stuff out and did not repair them or doc them from the total bill he charged me. very unprofessional experience and happy i was able to find another company to finish the disaster they left behind.

This company roofed my home and garage in 2005, and they were so lazy they left holes in the decking, made one piece drip edge/facia, making it impossible to remove and replace new drip edge which my much better company still fixed even with all the hassle and it costed twice as much. I would not recommend anybody to choose this company to roof their home or business, as they will cheat, lie and do a lazy job. I've had leaks since 2005 and they wouldn't honor their "warranty" claiming weather was to blame even though weather problems are covered in their warranty letter. My new company Roof Smith did the job correctly, as I am a roofer myself and got on the roof and saw their work first hand, not to mention the crew was the most respectful kind people I've ever met, clean and organized, and also the office workers. My salesman Danny and foreman Taylor made sure everything was perfect and I will always recommend Roof Smith to anybody looking for a fair deal on a great roof. Do not trust Paul Blake. You will be ripped off and have a terrible roof placed on your home or business.
