If you work with this company be sure to get the plan and scope of work in writing, in detail, and make sure they actually do what they say. After very hard rain our roof was occasionally leaking in one area. The sales rep came out and told me that we needed to replace the sheathing under our roof tiles along one of the ridges to fix the problem and while they were at it we decided to have some broken tiles fixed too. Work done while I was not home. Great job we thought until 18 months later we had one of those hard rains again and it started leaking in the same place. So I called the company and spoke with Keith and explained the situation. He pulled up my receipt and told me all they did was replace tiles. I explained that was not what I told was going to be done to fix the problem.. that in addition to tiles, they were replacing something under the tiles on the ridge to prevent leaks. I am a suburban housewife with a business degree, not a roofer. There is not way I could be making this up..I had no idea there was a barrier under my roof tiles until the sales rep explained it to me. Mr. Torres came out to look at it...he happened to be the one that actually did the work on my home. He remembered the job and confirmed that they did NOT replace the sheath along that ridge. Ok, miscommunication between the sales team, etc. Totally understandable..these things happen. We really thought they would come back and make it right. But, nope, after several weeks and follow up we finally heard from Keith than NO, they weren't going to fix it. If we wanted it fixed we could pay them more money. No thank you. I will not be giving this company any more business. Anyway, life happened and I kind of forgot about it till this very rainy day when it's once again leaking. This review is long overdue. We learned an important lesson about making sure all details are in writing and inspecting the job after completion. Don't make the same mistake as us!
