This is the second time we have used Done Right to replace our roof. I found their crews to be very efficient, hospitable, respectful and hard working. Most of the crew who worked on our roof the first time were still working the second time the roof was replaced. I found this to be very reassuring, that they were able to keep a knowledgeable crew intact which insures a exceptional work ethic and outstanding workmanship. I Bill to be very honest and knowledgeable about the products used on our roof and he was exceptional in working with insurance company to minimizing our cost staying within our deductible amount. All in all a very good experience and will always use them if the situation arises in the future.

Bill and his team did a fantastic job on our home! Bill was very thorough throughout the process, and even reached out to me several times to make sure that we were happy and to keep me updated on the timeline.
