Word of Mouth Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Copperas Cove, Texas

DO NOT HIRE THEM! After the big storm that hit a few months ago, I called them to fix the roof on my rental property. I live out of town and drove in to see the damage for myself. I had called Troy the owner of WoMR right after I got off the phone with my property management team to get an estimate. He said he would go out there and weather proof the property that same day we spoke. So I got on the road the next day and gave him a call letting him know that I was leaving Austin headed to Copperas Cove. it takes about an hour and 15 Troy said he was right down the road and not to worry because he had ALREADY weather proofed the roof. I get to town and see Troy weather proofing the roof... ok no big deal because it didn't rain anymore I get my claims adjuster out there. All info was exchanged and I left town thinking everything was ok. Two days later I get a text from Troy saying he had not been paid for weather proofing and that I could just pay him cash. I replied " Payment will come from the property management team who have been trying to get ahold of you." Come to find out he had not done anything to the roof and my property management team had to go with a different contractor. Troy then would not return any calls or texts.
