| Elliott Stanton | It is too bad zero stars is not an option, these guys here are an absolute joke. They are lucky that with oil and gas so slow in the area their employer allows for 4 guys to sit around and do absolutely nothing all day and collect a check. I went in a week ago thursday to order parts they said come back in on tuesday they where sold out of everything I needed. I said do you need me to write everything down, "oh no we order that stuff all the time." I come in on Tuesday and everyone looks at me funny when i ask for my parts. There is still nothing on the shelf and they inform me they forgot to order the parts. The older guy who i showed the pictures and talked to with a mustache is in the back office trying to hide but the blinds are open and i already saw him. When i try to talk to him he acts like he can not hear me. But not to worry the closest store in Three Rivers has it and they will do a transfer. It couldn't be that day because the parts truck had left from Three Rivers and their truck was getting new tires. Return 24 hours later looking for the parts and still nothing, nobody knows a dam thing about hoses and a deadman and nozzle. I ask what happened and they said they missed the deadline for a transfer and their truck is at the shop getting tires on it..." 6 new tires so we cant go get them." They have put more effort asking for a PO everybody I walk in than fulfilling my order. I have absolutely had a god dam enough from these clowns and I will tell any and everyone they level of service. I hope someone signing the pay checks realize they have to many employees throwing away business in an extremely slow market. My job has been on hold waiting for false promises that they have absolutely no desire to fulfill. BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!!!!! |
