We had our 4 year old in the car and whoever was driving that truck came dangerously close to hitting us, trying to change lanes too fast. God bless you but there's no reason to drive that way. Verified with owner that the time and date worked. Sent a reminder the night before. Appointment time came and went. No roofer. No show. Called twice and he wouldn't take my call. Sent a text message and owner replied to start without him. Adjuster and I waited over an hour. No roofer. Extremely unprofessional. No faith in this roofer. No return phone call. No apology. Thanks but no thanks Extreme Roofing. |
