This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. Our microwave caught on fire on January 3, of 2019. They said it would take about four months to do the restoration. Here we are mid-July and they are just now finishing. If I called them or text them, it was considered harassment. It's called communication, something they need to learn about. They wouldn't return calls or text till days later. They would go weeks without anyone showing up to the house. Here we were paying our mortgage and rent on a rental home and the insurance company stopped paying on the rental because the benefits ran out. We paid 20,000 to have a company come in and pack everything up for cleaning and storage. We find out 6 months later when it came time to have them deliver it, that they were never paid!!!! We had to hire an attorney to get our furniture and belongings returned. I would never, ever hire these people. They have a horrible work ethic and have no concern for what they are putting their customer though by working so slow. Our house could of easily been done in four months and it took eight. When you are displaced and paying a mortgage and rent, this is not acceptable. Please do not hire this company, they are horrible.

I had a leak that other roofers could not tell what the problem was. Justin Head came out quickly to fix it and my roof does not leak anymore. I would recommend him to anyone that I know. They did a great job with my roof and the price was fair too.
