| Steven Grant | Work was actually excellent but fixing problems after they got paid was a HUGE problem. They ripped out a furnace vent which resulted in a huge life safety issue in my house. When I originally approached Francis about the issue I was told that the roof was under warranty and that there would be no problems. Then when it came time for repairs, this became a "plumbing" issue that needed a licensed plumber. I was told that hiring a plumber directly would solve all my problems. Gee thank, except I didn't have any problems until your guys ripped out a code-required vent for no reason. Shame because everything else was great. Why they wouldn't put 100 in materials and a couple of hours of labor into resolving this matter is beyond me. Lesson learned, once these guys get paid don't expect any "warranty" service, no matter what they tell you. I'll make sure these guys aren't anywhere near the top of anyone's "hire" list anytime soon. Unfortunately for them I own a roof consulting business in Dallas so...... |
