D&M Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Dallas, Texas

I had a small roof leak around my sky light and called a few residential roofing companies for estimates. Although it was a small project, D&M Roofing came to my house and quickly determined the cause of the leak and provided a reasonable estimate to fix the problem. Knowing that a large storm was coming through Dallas the following day, D&M scheduled a 9:00am repair in advance of the storm. Despite the storm's early arrival, D&M arrived on time and completed my project...in the rain! I am so thankful that I selected D&M for this project and even more thankful that I no longer have to shop for roofing contractors in the future.

After reading these positive reviews, I chose this company over others to handle my roof replacement I hoped. Twice over two weeks I made appointments with their employee Dan Clark, was promised they would come to my house, assess my problem by the end of the next day, and get the process started. Both times, nobody showed up. They didn't even have the common courtesy to call and cancel, or tell me they simply weren't interested. After seeing this is how they do business, I question their customer service and pride in their trade.
