This company goes the extra mile when you are on deadline with your insurance company. Beau and the office manager, Celeste were so understanding and prompt and even sent me additional information to help me. The work is top notch and the customer service is outstanding.

Our insurance company scheduled this company to come out after our roof sustained hail and wind damage. While the gentleman was at our home he told us all about the damage proceeded to tell me that he couldn't exactly determine where the water was leaking into my living room but it was coming from the roof. I waited over a week before calling the insurance company to find out where the estimate was and our adjuster told me that the company said they determined the damage to our roof wasn't store related and they were not capable of doing the repairs. The adjuster was shocked because they had sent someone out initially to check the roof and that person found all the hail and wind damage and was able to determine the damage in my living room was related to a leak from the roof. Our insurance company had already issued the checks when DTR said the damage wasn't storm related. Overall, the gentleman that came to our home from DTR was friendly and seemed knowledgable but for some reason didn't want our business. I was able to find another company that will do our roof decking and new shingles along with all the other repairs. Sadly, based on this experience I wouldn't recommend the company.
