| Natasha Rodriguez | I recommend not signing their contract until they agree to everything you want done-the budget you want and the timeline you set. Get that in writing from them. We trusted them with our house repairs after an air conditioner leak and they dropped the ball numerous times. They failed to call when they were not going to make set meetings and failed to even call back and reschedule. They never even attempted to make it right. As soon as we singed the contract we hardly heard from them except to ask for our insurance check. They refused to talk numbers with us as far as how much everything was going to cost us. Numerous times while attempting to get me to sign the contract they promised they were efficient, professional, experienced and would do everything needed to get the job done. Numerous times they referred back to their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, but it didn't help them in our case. Beware. |
