| Calvin Stewart | Service was great until the deposit. Afterwords, no communication with manager/quoter. Red Flag: I never received or went-over a contract for the work. I just received an email link to pay. I had to call and text several times to obtain a service date over three weeks. Due to the delay, snow caused additional interior damage that I had to pay for at the end again no communication. After much effort, the laborers show up without a site manager. The work is done and it looks good but it might need a light touch up. I reach out to Mountain Star and am told they only do one coat, no touch ups. Want a Touch up? That'll be a trip charge. A direct quote from Mountain Star "I can ask the office to send you an estimate for that??? Thoughts???" |
