I have dealt with my share of contractors that have given me so much stress and grief while updating my home. When it came to once again hiring another contractor to repair my roof, I was horrified. Raul Luna set my mind at ease with his professionalism and cut-to-the-chase attitude that I respect. Raul and his workers provided quality work in such a short amount of time. I also had the pleasure to listen to one of their workers sing while working; that made my day. Thank you, RL Roofing for the professionalism, quality, and the respect I was in need of.

Well, probably Mr. Luna the person who answered my call and introduced himself as the owner of the company can take the time through this review and at least provide an average customer service next time. Mr. Luna barely let me verbalize what roofing services I was calling for. He claimed he was driving in which case the sense of starting business in that way is not clear to me. Thanks but no thanks Mr. Luna, I would not text you my phone number and name for you just to send someone to check on my roof and telling me what you think I need Instead of listening to me in the first place. I edited to follow on your response. No true. There was no bad connection and you asked me to text you my info to pass on to one of your workers to go and check, I repeat, without listening as any of the average professional business person would do. Good luck not to you, but to the ones that will take the risk calling.
