They called back and said they would send someone out that day and got detailed instructions to my home and told me I would get a text or phone call to alert me when they were on the way. NEVER heard from them again with another big storm on the way that night. Not even so much as a sorry we can't get to you because we have bigger fish to fry. I called back twice and have not even gotten the courtesy of a return call. Worst customer service ever. And this is current as of May, 2019. |
