As the owner of 7M Roofing and Construction Group with multi locations in the state of texas, Our sales people and construction crews are the most experienced and thoughtful group of people to handle your storm restoration claims. This person was ridiculous to work for at all levels. There are always customers you cannot please. This client was given the utmost attention. We upgraded her roof to a 30 year architectural limited lifetime shingle just to start with for free. This woman knows nothing about construction, insurance protocols, or simply being a good person. Our contractors could not work for such an inebriated person and will not ever do work for her again in any manner. Ever now and then we have to place liens on customers properties to be paid for work we do and i refrain in hopes of allowing customers to pay us out in installments when they spend the insurance money allocated for the repairs or have hardships. Some people we have to place liens on their property and sue in court to be paid. She was so much trouble my office was instructed to let her debt go and not file against her balance. I am now reconsidering this thought.

I would not give this company any stars!!!! Their quality of work is awful. My carport leaks all the way around, my shop door was put on inside out and the frame of the door has to be completely replaced. When they first did my roof they put all the beat up old vent caps back up there. When they came back to replace them they sent an unqualified person here to do it, he left my roof open and exposed for five days!!!! The vent pipe leading to my heater was laying in the insulation in the attic instead of being connected. I wish there was a way to post pictures. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!! BEWARE OF this company

The guy came to my home and offered to help me with getting a new roof and within 1 week I had my new roof and the patio was fixed as well. They did this all in a professional and timely manner. I am sure that some people have bad experiences, as with everything in life. But my experience was a great one! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or repairs done.
