I had a great experience with J Duncanson Roofing. Robert, my project manager, took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I had at virtually any time. He responded to any concerns I had quickly and efficiently and was more than comfortable leaving me with his cell phone number. From a minor leak during installation to loud accordion music, he was always on the spot address any situation that arose. I was offered options but I was not subjected to any high-pressure sales tactics. He helped me a little with the deductible, talked to my wife about family, and even sent us a Christmas card. The roof looks great and I'm extremely satisfied with the end result.

Everyone knows that here in Texas the roofing industry ranks right down there with used car salesmen and Congress, but Josh and Chris of JDuncanson Roofing managed to turn that stereotype on its ear. From soup-to-nuts, Josh was able to do an amazing job replacing our very old roof. He and Chris worked very hard with us to keep the costs low and showed us the incremental breakdown step-by-step with our insurance adjuster present. He and Chris both took time to address any questions or concerns and any glitches that came up, Josh addressed personally, even sweeping our yard three times for any stray nails that might have landed in the grass. These guys were superb and I can honestly recommend them to anyone. If they keep this up, they just might single-handedly change the perception of the roofing industry in Texas!
