I am very satisfied with the entire re-roofing process of our home by Lon Smith Roofing. The salesman, Ben, provided excellent customer service. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and very helpful with the insurance claim and adjustment process. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, completed the job within the expected time and cleaned up the work areas. The office staff kept us informed at every step of the process. We recently had a water main break near our house, shooting water into the air and onto our roof. With the stones in the street it was like our own private hail storm. We chose Lon Smith to replace our roof because we'd used them twice before and found them to be honest, efficient and professional. This time it was more of the same: They replaced our roof including our detached garage in a day, and worked with our insurance company to get reimbursed for the depreciation. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

My experience working with Lon Smith Roofing was very professional and enjoyable. The quote process was transparent and quick. My sales representative was open and honest about my options. The installation process was seamless. There was an inspector onsite and available throughout the process to ensure I had all my questions answered and the job was being done correctly. The only negative was there was some trash and nails left on my patio cover which eventually made it's way into my yard that I had to clean up; very minor.
