Dustin and team is the greatest team we have ever had to work with from start to finish. We meet Dustin he has done everything he said his team would do with refine details and more. PHR came to our door asking to do a free roof inspection since they replaced our neighbors roof. The PHR employee explained that our roof needed replacement and asked who our insurance carrier was. We thought we were just talking about what he thought needed to be done and he asked us to sign a form it noting it wasn't a big deal then proeceeded to contact our insurance company and START A CLAIM without our consent. WE kept the form he asked us to sign, in the small print we would have signed a contract with them that IF we got any insurance payment that we would give it to them to replace our roof. Excuse me, I will call MY insurance when I need to use them. We can't 'STOP' the claim from being on our history. We have 40 year shingles and DID NOT need to replace our roof. Our insurance adjuster felt bad that we had gotten taken in this way by a roofing company and tried his best to cancel the claim. Owens Corning and GAF both have preferred contractors that can be found on their web sites. When I plugged in the number that PHR gave to me, their company did NOT come up on either Owens Corning or GAF and those area the two big suppliers of shingles.
