Mainstream Services Inc – Roofing Contractor in Georgetown, Texas

We contract Mainstream for all of our plumbing needs and we are absolutely satisfied. From the guys in the field, to Paula in the office, they are a great company! We will never take our business anywhere else!!

We used them to replace a water heater that went out. It seemed like they did a good job until about a month later when we opened the door to the room and realized there was a leak that had resulted in mold on the walls. We called them and they came out and “fixed” it, which we later learned they did not. Here we are a year later, the leak is still going strong, and the water heater has gone out. We are working with another plumber to fix all of the issues they have created, but definitely recommend not going with them if you value your home.

Unfortunately, this is a bad review. The guy was 30 minutes late for the appointment to give us an estimate. I took off early from work and then had to call to remind them. I believe the lady lied to me because the guy was supposedly running late at previous job and coming straight over. However, he showed up all clean and wearing sandals with his girlfriend in the truck. We should have received the estimate via e-mail a few days later. It has been 8 days with no contact from them. Honesty and timeliness are fairly important when doing a plumbing/bath remodel. Not reliable.
