I knew I was going to need a new roof, but I just knew that dealing with my insurance company would be a huge ordeal. A few of my neighbors recently used TAG and were very satisfied. Glenn came by and assessed our roof, explained what he found, met with the insurance adjuster, and made this process virtually pain free. The installation crew was awesome! I am so thankful for my recent experience with TAG Roofing. We purchased our home two and a half years ago and just recently noticed a leak in our garage. I dug out the paperwork from the previous owners and noticed that the warranty was still good for 6 more months. I contacted the company and explained my situation, thinking that I would get blown off. Garth, the owner of TAG, was very responsive and called me back immediately. He sent out someone that same week to fix the flashing that had lifted around my dryer vent. He advised that we wait a few weeks to make sure the leak was fixed and then sent out someone to replace the drywall on the garage ceiling and repaint. It looks brand new and there is no evidence whatsoever of the leak. I am so impressed by this company's customer service and standing by their work. Their professionalism and responsiveness was a nice surprise and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs roof work in the future. Thank you, TAG!
