In reference to the Tessa Bradley negative review to Randy Langford roofing . She fails to mention that she is delinquent on paying him for 4 homes. Randy is the kind of guy that trust people and bend over backwards for people . He is the undisputed most respected roofer in the east Texas area . Been in business over 40 years . Runs 3 crews year around. Known Randy for years. Someone is lying here and it isn't Randy. My suggestion to mrs Tessa is to pay the man his money. It's much more than the amount of the patch

Randy roofed for me for years and I was very pleased , when I did have issues he would come back and make the repair. He then did a re-roof on my personal home. I started having leaks and he then told me it was due to the low pitch on my front porch which was understandable . He told me he would come look at it and repair but never did. I called him and text several times and got no response. I was now left with two leaks on my porch so I had to contact another roofer. I ended up getting two other roofers opinions and a hired one to do the repair and found there was no weather guard under the shingles. This should have never happened on a roof with this pitch. So I had to pay and have a whole porch reroofed to add weather guard. Keep in mind this was a new roof already . Then I started having another leak and found out that I have issues up top on my window sills and they weren't done properly when the re-roof was done. I have given Randy opportunities to warrantee his work and he has not done so and now I am out of pocket close to 2000 and still have to address the sills. Needless to say I was very disappointed especially after him working for years for me. Just goes to show some people get too busy and don't care about your business.
