Had a great experience with this company. Had new roof completed in May after Harvey damaged mine. Will work with them again if need be as they were fair priced and actually showed up when they said they would.

Very bad company who just cares about how much money they make. Their prices are high and the quality of the work is bad. They hire so many roofers and the turnover is constant. They don't care about their subcontractors very much. If they are safe or if they have accidents. The money they charge for the roofs other companies can offer upgraded and better materials that can last a lot longer

Plenty of hater our there on this company. Lack of understanding that this was the most costly storm in US history. To be able to scale this storm and deal with thousands of people all at once, to hire a qualified work force, to hire sub contractors, to deal with insurance adjusters and insurance companies, to deal with non understanding folks that can't seem to understand this. Most folks don't want to trust a contractor, so instead, they won't let the company work with insurance, but when everything goes wrong, because the customer is trying to be the contractor or doesn't want to trust who they hire or constantly getting in the way, that is hardest thing to deal with. Especially the lack of respect for the sales people. They traveled along ways leaving family behind to come add some value to a community in need, but instead get treated like slaves. People will give the saleman the run arounds, thinking they are the customers personal servant, while not wanting to pay out of pocket. The poor sales folks struggle and that is why when I call they are so short handed. You people that complain are just non understanding and very impatient. I live outside the US most of the time, from my perspective many folks here seem very ungrateful and demanding, non understanding. Good luck hiring an out of towner. Berryman is loaded with work for shotty jobs done by out of towners. The Berryman family would do anything to help the community, with in their reach. Frank has bent over backwards. God bless him! Somebody should be grateful for these folks and show some love. They have helped so many people, but people seem to forget real fast as soon as they get back to comfort.
