I originally called Acadian to come out to repair a leak on my roof. They were very quick to respond back. They were out the next day to make the repairs. A few months later, it was leaking in that same spot again. It was only occurring when it rained really hard and for awhile, I noticed there was another spot at that time. Once again they responded quickly and came out to make the repair on those two areas. Well we just had what was left of Patricia hit us this past weekend, and for the third time, this same spot that occurred on the first and second call was leaking again. I was very unsatisfied, frustrated, and I wrote Young not the nicest of an email, explaining my less then satisfied frustration. Once again he responded very quickly had some one out in no time to make the repair. This time was for no charge, and went above and beyond my expectation on the repair, not to mention that he had his guys wait an hour out front of my home till someone was able to get home. He didn't blow it off because someone wasn't home, I liked that a lot. He actually had his crew take the shingles off, repaired the board and put new shingles down. he went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer, even though it took a few times to get it handled. I would use them again, and even as far as replacing my roof, because of how him and his company handled this situation. very processional, courteous, and quick.

Young and his team are the best! They repaired & waterproofed my 3rd floor roof top patio, that wasn't properly built by the home builder. I had tried "fixing" the problem by putting expensive tile over the original waterproofing flooring, however that only created more problems. After a year of trying to quick fix & calling out different contractors, my rooftop patio had turned into a rooftop pool and was leaking badly into my living room every time it rained for longer than 1 hr. Nelson and his team got to the root of the problem and properly waterproofed my rooftop patio. He did have to remove the expensive tile, however it was worth the peace of mind to have my home properly secure. Chasity Robinson
