This was such a great company to do business with, which is a rare thing with roofing companies! The guy was professional, everything went perfect, and they were even able to fix a skylight that was leaking as well. I definitely recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a reliable quality company!

I want recommend Tim Todd and Hi-Tech Commercial to those who are interested in replacing their roofs. If you're not quite sure where to start just give Tim a call. My father and I were looking for a contractor that we can depend and trust. We were nervous and wasn't quite sure how to go about this at first. Long story short, we made an appointment and met with Tim at our residence. He went over the process of replacing a roof in details and explained our warranty benefits. He took care of the paper work with HOA which was a big hassle for us. We agreed on the price and it took approximately 8 hours for his crew to complete the roof. Over all, I was very impressed with their work and Tim. Just want to share and hope this thread will help.
