The only hiccup was the clean up crew missed nails in and around my flower beds and old shingles from the roof replacement fell in and behind my bushes in my flower beds. I wish they had done a more thorough job. - - A few years later, I needed my Roof Replacement Receipt and couldn't find it. I called Lance and he emailed it to me within 24 hours. And now, after Hurricane Harvey; I needed to have my roof checked for damage. I called his office, scheduled an appointment and Lance came out to inspect the roof, himself. Luckily, everything was in good shape so he didn't need to do any repairs. He even went so far as to remind me to have them check my roof again prior to my warranty expiring with his company within the next 2 years. You can't get any better than that! This is a Roofer I trust and highly recommend. |
