I would not recommend using Mike Frazier for any building project whatsoever. He does not deliver on what he says he will do and is not trustworthy. Our 4-6 month project is now 9 months in and we are just now looking to get drywall up 1300 sq ft home. I would have loved nothing more than to leave a positive review on a job well done, but I have absolutely nothing positive to say. And to top it off, after my husband left a truthful review of Mike's work and our experience working with him, Mike's friends and acquaintances left scathing falsified reviews of our business in retaliation. If that doesn't give you insight into the type of person you'll be dealing with at Frazier construction/Frazier Custom Homes, I'm not sure what will.
