I had the best roofing repair experience possible today ! I feel so grateful. My roof had a small leak which causes the rain coming into my home. Eric came into my home with proper government recommended protection of course under this pandemic 15 minutes early. He was professional, courteous and finished the leak under 30 minutes. He even refused payment saying that it was such a small job that he does it just to help out. I am at lost for words. The amount of professionalism, kindness and generosity is hard to find nowadays. The repair is immaculate and it will last for at least 8-10 years. Thank you for helping us Eric ! We are very grateful!

After having been denied a claim by my insurance company working with another roofer, I needed to get some quotes. A neighbor recommended Blue Ribbon Roofing. Steve came out and encouraged me to go back to my insurance to have a second inspection done. Before they'd budge, they required that I have my contractor put together a report. Steve came back out, took some pictures, and wrote up a report. It was enough to get my insurance to agree to send out a second inspector. Steve met with the inspector and walked the roof with him. He even went so far as to mark which shingles the inspector should look at. After everything was said and done, my insurance paid for my roof. It looks great, and the work was quality. Without Steve's encouragement to go back to the insurance and without all of the extra effort he put in on my behalf, I would have had to pay full price for a new roof. "Above and beyond" seems like an understatement in my case, and I'd absolutely recommend this company.

Eric and Ernie had a great team that did a great job. Not only did they replace the old roof, they also put in a solar tube for me and took the time to do it right. I liked the fact that Eric wasn't just there to sell me the roof, but was also supervising the roof replacement. So often one person sells the jobs and another delivers and things get confused. Not so with Blue Ribbon, because Eric worked with me throughout. The guys made sure the area was clean afterwards, no nails in the driveways. Very professional and well-priced.
