One company never showed up, one guy came out, I could not be home that day, never left any paperwor showing he was here or even called, but almost a week later sent a text saying his wife was ill & he would have an estimate for me soon. The 3rd company I telephoned, Becker Roofing & Construction, came to my home that same day with a very professional, personable & knowledgeable young man, Pete Ayers, to assess damage & explain what needed to be done. He was reassuring, without being patronizing, friendly, easy to talk to, & thorough in explaining what needed to be accomplished to get my biggest investment back into shape. I spoke with Sean once, owner, & he, too, was very accomodating. Due to the time of year the storm hit & having to work around nasty weather conditions & the holiday season, my home is fixed and beautiful again. Every worker they sent out to do his part, was amazing. Each phase of repair, roof, gutters, windows, garage door, A.C. fin repair, fencing, & paint for siding, were top of the line, said what they were going to do & did it, very competent & thorough, & went above & beyond my expectations. Pete stayed in contact throughout the process, never made promises he didn't keep, & was a joy to work with.
