I received quotes from a few different companies when I decided to have my roof replaced. Alex's quote beat the competition by over 1000. When he came to look at my project, we walked my house and he noted several things I wanted to have taken care of besides the roof replacement. This included replacement of rotten fascia around the roof as well as installation of a new roof vent I needed for a bathroom. I chose shingles that I was told by Lowe's would have to be special ordered. Alex was able to find them locally and he personally verified they were the correct shingles. His team began work at 8am, they worked fast, accurately and safely. Once the old shingles were removed, they found some rotten plywood substructure and repaired it, without billing any extra for the additional work. They replaced all the rotten fascia and installed the extra roof vent I needed, and they completed the project by 7pm. His team spent an hour cleaning up including dragging my lawn with a magnetic roller to pick up any metal products that may have been left behind. He did not require any payment up front and when all was said and done, what he quoted me originally is what I paid. In addition to this, Alex was onsite for the majority of the project and inspected all work done. In the end, the roof looks fantastic! Needed small repair to replace a few shingles. Called a couple of companies and Alex was by far the better price. He said he would show up in the morning and was 5 minutes early. He showed me the materials used and explained the repair in detail. Down to earth guy, I would highly suggest anyone needing a repair or roof replaced to give this guy a call.
