| Jason Carson | We hired Potter's Roofing last month Dec. 2018 to install a new roof on our house. 16k for a new metal roof. As we were redoing our bathroom, we found rotten decking underneath our new roof. We would have never found it, if we weren't redoing the bathroom. I know there is probably more because we had a few leaks. We were more than prepare to pay for addition decking repair, because we knew it was bad and we wanted it done right one time. I hate to have to report this on this site, as they came highly recommended. I have tried to contact them and no response. Be careful who you do business with. I don't usually put people on blast like this, but we had nothing but troubles with them throughout the whole project. If they do not fix this, I'll will be on the hook to fix it whenever I sell. It's almost like I wasted my money. It's my understanding that Potter's Roofing is under new ownership within the last year or so. This new owner bought the good reputation of a decent man and is not living up to that reputation. |
