| ilikefish58 . | Our roof leaked in February of 2018. My wife called AVCO Roofing and Cade Carnette came out to assess the status of our roof. He found bad hail damage, put his own tarp over it, and let us keep the tarp through the rainy season. Cade assisted us through the insurance process and explained clearly what the next steps were. The insurance company agreed that the roof needed to be replaced, so we met with Cade to set a date for the replacement. Cade explained in detail what we could expect to happen on the day of the replacement and gave us several color options for the new shingles along with several examples. On the day of the replacement, AVCO Roofing showed up at about 7:30 am and was done replacing the roof by 3:00 pm. All in all, AVCO Roofing made the process of replacing our roof streamlined and less stressful. We love our new roof and would gladly recommend them. |
