| Anonymous | We recently moved to Texas from back east and looked at many homes before deciding on Tres Lagos and Esperanza for many reasons - price, value, resale, the future planned community, amenities including large weight room, large pool, acres of walking trails, stocked lakes to fish, dog park, satellite Texas A&M campus and many, many more features but the true closer on the deal was our salesman, Alfredo. He provided a very professional, precise tour and overview. We made our decision to buy during our tour and started the paperwork that day. Everything we asked for he provided immediately. I asked for a video tour of the home to show my elderly mother and Alfredo responded. Even after we closed and wanted to make some changes Alfredo made calls to get me the vendors and contractors names for assistance. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
