We have dealt with Micah Willard from PROCO Roofing since our home was severely damaged in the tornado of October, 2019. From the moment we met Micah the day after the tornado, he exceeded our expectations by thoroughly patching our roof. From that point, he remained extremely helpful throughout the entire process of choosing a new roof composition and metal, gutters, scheduling the installation and supervising the installation. The folks at PROCO kept us informed and properly set expectations for the entire roofing process. The project Foreman and roofers were clean, respectful and very thorough in their work. Micah and PROCO also seamlessly worked with our insurance company and made the entire process turnkey. We received countless offers, sales call and door flyers...as one would imagine after a disaster like a tornado. We are so thankful we met Micah and chose PROCO on day one. I needed a new roof and never having experienced this with insurance I was ready for the worst. I have heard horror story's about roofers, and seen lots of bad jobs. I was worried about getting it done. From the moment I called I felt at peace with Rob who helped me threw the whole process and put my mind at ease. I knew I was in great hands. I got the paperwork from the insurance and forwarded it to him because it felt like it was all in Greek! He took his time and explained it to me line by line so I knew what I was dealing with. Never rushing me or being pushy. After he made sure I understood what the paperwork said he explained what we were to do next. I scheduled a date to proceed and the crew were here on time and were super professional too. Nick was here first with the crew, made me feel super comfortable and explained what they were going to do and answered all my questions. when they were done I think my yard was cleaner than when they started. I was watching them pick up the debris from the job and seen them picking up the twigs that were laying on the ground as well. Could not have asked for a better company to help me with what was a stressful time for me. Thank you so much Proco! Being new home owners we knew basically nothing about home insurance, roofs, on and on. Thankfully we went with ProCo for our roofing project. Ryan Silvia was our project manager and he was beyond helpful and patient with us. He answered all of our questions probably more than once met with us multiple times, held our hand every step of the way, AND kept a great attitude throughout the entire process.
