Jearld Short	After a hail storm, the sales guy Matt came by and made promises of all the damages that would be fixed and covered. All damages were not fixed as promised, and they had to send a crew back twice, once to finish painting, and again for a leak around the fireplace that was not there before. Everything was supposed to be covered by/through insurance which was not. While waiting for insurance check, I was threatened with legal actions for payment. This is very unprofessional and just an example of poor customer service. The sales guy was never to be seen again before, during, or after the process. The company sent other workers to retrieve the payments that had no idea what was owed or anything about the job. Would not recommend!!
