Ted worked on our home about 10 years ago and I remembered him being easy to work with and a man of integrity. We have since moved to a different state but still own that home. They immediately went to the home to assess situation, worked directly with insurance and explained every step of the way what was happening. They fixed issues both inside and outside home. The residents in the home were pleased by the professionalism of the workers that came out and were happy with final results. For us, not being there, it was peace of mind as we trusted Ted would provide us with exceptional service.

Doug is AMAZING! This was my first "rodeo" dealing with roof replacement and I was a bit apprehensive in finding someone trustworthy in doing the job right and at the right price. I happen to spot a Concord roofing company vehicle parked in the neighborhood and it looked like the quality of the roof on the rehab home was spectacular so I gave them a call and I had the fortunate luck in speaking with Doug. What I like most it that he stayed in constant contact with me on everything I did not have track him done for anything. He went above and beyond the call for ensuring that my skylight was repaired and wouldn't causing future leaking. He came over after the job was complete while it was starting to rain and lightening and went on top off the roof to ensure all was good with the issue. I am totally happy with the quality and look off the new roof.
