Eric Stein	I wish I could give zero stars. The technician at the Pleasanton location sold me equipment that wasn't suitable for the task at hand. Brought in a hose from a heated pressure washer looking to replace a fitting. Technician advised me that he couldn't replace the fitting, and would have to replace the entire hose. Less than a week later both fittings failed. Upon bringing the failed hose back, both the technician that sold me the hose and management told me they don't have any hoses rated for steam heat or super-heated water neither of which are relevant since this is a small heated pressure washer that might put out 180 degree water , and refused to do anything to make the situation right. Bottom line: they don't stand behind their work. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!
