I don't think there could be a more pleasant experience of getting a roof replaced. John Bacon is very kind and professional. He has a lot of integrity and cares about his customers. When I first contacted him about our roof leak, he came out within the hour and repaired it. While on the roof, he could see that our roof had quite a bit of hail damage and needed to be replaced. Our roof was fairly old, so I was apprehensive about the whole insurance claim process and whether we would be able to get total coverage. John was patient with my many questions, took extra time to explain everything, and did an expert job working with the insurance adjuster to get us all the coverage we needed, including the replacement of our damaged decking. His crew was also very hard working and professional. When the work was done, they did an excellent job of cleaning up our yard. There was no evidence of all the construction that had just gone on for two days! When it was all said and done, we had a beautiful new roof and I feel like we also have a new friend.
