He went above and beyond to keep us posted on every step of the process. The roofers were very polite and courteous while the roof was being installed. I'm a first time homeowner and I had never had to file a claim or deal with insurance companies. I tried getting bids from a few places and Heartman roofing was recommended by a friend. I called and requested bids from a few companies, they were the only ones who called me back, and right away too, which made me feel like I was a priority. Ben was very understanding and to our situation guided me through the process, he was very trustworthy and reassuring. A few days later, boom... shiny new roof! It looks great and I have the peace of mind that it will withstand the volatile weather . It's hard to find companies that have superior customer service, but Heartman really sets the bar high.
