Assurance roofing replaced my entire roof of August last year. He replaced a portion of roof with dark shingles and did our flat roof in a bright white TPO material. Looked horrible and wanted him to fix the problem. He suddenly disappeared. Would not return phone calls, texts or emails. We had a lot going on in life and we could live with a mismatched roof. Well this month we discovered a leak coming into our kitchen. I quickly contacted him and still have not heard back from him. Dan will not respond to emails, text, or phone calls. Assurance has been completely unresponsive and have seemingly disappeared.

We were in need of replacing our roof because of hail damage. We were referred to Assurance Roofing. We called and the sales rep, Morgan came to our house literally the next morning. The best part is Morgan worked with our home owners insurance on her own and we didn't need to get involved. Materials were delivered to our home within the following week and the roof was completed faster than I imagined. Morgan kept in contact and was very responsive to all our questions. She kept her word and now we have a beautiful roof again. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. I will always refer Assurance Roofing to anyone that needs their roof replaced. We will definitely be keeping Morgan in mind for our own future needs.
