| Denise Mayen | Do not use George's Sewer Services. He was hired by my general contractor for a full house remodel and it took him MONTHS to finish the job! His guys were sloppy, cut corners, and left messes. George Medina rarely checked on his workers' progress/quality. When questioned about why certain things were done the way they were, he told me "I know this, but you don't. You wouldn't understand so you should just trust me." Even after failing city inspections and failing to correct the problems after weeks, he continued to argue that I should just "trust him." He said he shouldn't have to tell me why I needed certain things he was charging me for because I would just go and do it myself next time instead of hire him--as though explaining the work required to the customer would disincentivize them from hiring him again. His condescending attitude did that all on its own. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. |

Called George's Sewer Service because he was located in the southside and was told he would be here in the afternoon because he was currently at home waiting for an inspector to show up. Waited until 6:30pm and called again and asked if he was coming as we were waiting for him and was coldly told "I don't think so I'm at the Dominion." No apology or mention of when he could come by. Gave him a chance to call me the next day and nothing...he never called back. This home based business is not recommended because of lack of reliability and priorities. 2,500 job went to competitor. |
