My father contacted Metlife due to a storm back in June of 2019, he suspected roof damage. Matt with Invision worked diligently with the claims adjuster to show them evidence the roof was damaged by the storm. My father passed away in Oct. of 2019 before the claim was ever resolved. Needless to say, after my father's passing we weren't sure if the insurance company would pay the claim or not. Matt went the extra mile to continue communicating with the claims adjuster and sent them additional photos of the damage. We are pleased the insurance claim was paid and the roof has been replaced. Matt, even arranged for painters to touch up the kitchen ceiling due to the damage created by a leak from the damaged roof. After having Allstate tell me I didn't have damage I called Invision roofing for an estimate. They said in facet that I do have storm damage. Invision Roofing got me a re inspection scheduled. Met with my adjuster. Got my entire roof approved and paid for by Allstate. Being a single mother was such a relief to get a brand new roof and only cost my deductible vs the thousands it would have cost. Roof was scheduled and installed in only one day.
