These people are extremely unprofessional. Not willing to honor their own warranty. Pretended to fix the roof just to get paid. When we called to set up a follow up appointment for the work done because the roof was still leaking after, Robert had literally argued with my husband. Then canceled multiple times after. Still haven't reached out to fix the work he had done. A complete utter scam.

Horrible service. I highly recommend taking your service else where. This "company" broke windows,left a mess after the job for me to clean, left a leak in our bathroom and horrible frame work and patching on our roof. They did not follow through with what was written in the contract and have consistently avoided phone calls and communication. They would not fulfill the warranty of damage they caused. I highly recommend hiring a reputable company with a proven track record rather than having your money taken.

Robert is outstanding! as a REALTOR we could have experienced great stress over the hail storms across San Antonio over the last few years - but due to his help I was able to deal with all of it smoothly ! JR Guerrero Roofing has been invaluable to my business. He has assisted in helping clients get their roof replaced in time to meet our closing dates & repairs that were needed from inspection reports! I have also used his company replaced a roof on my personal property too. This company responds in a timely manner, completes the work in the time line as provided and leaves work site clean.
