My husband I have an older 1880's home that came with window units. We have spent years waiting to tackle the process of getting proper heat and A/C as it is a very big job. Shafer was top notch from the beginning from their responsiveness to our request for a bid, to turn around time in getting the bid back to us and setting up installation in a matter of days. Derek was thoughtful with his design recommendations considering the age of our home and after comparing prices their rates were completely reasonable for quality equipment and service. The warranty is also exceptional as they are diamond rated and able to offer Extended coverage. We could not be more pleased.

Rodney was on time, courteous he even liked my little dog. Has a professional attitude and explained AC theory so that I could understand. Rodney has been servicing these units for 10 or 12 years, knows the history of the units and I trust him.

I felt overall, I received good service at a good value for my sewer line cleaning/camera inspection. The only reasons, I gave 4 stars is because I submitted a request online after hours and had to follow up the next day, late morning because no one had called me to schedule an appointment. Luckily the second person I spoke with was able to work me in the schedule for the same afternoon.
