Tex Propane – Roofing Contractor in Schulenburg, Texas

I was using another local propane supplier but got the run around a few years ago and started looking for someone new. Tex Propane has been nothing but stellar since I started with them about 4 years ago. They have been prompt and reliable and helped with the new service when we recently built a new house. They have been willing to work with me by inspecting and certifying an old tank I had so I wouldn't have to buy a new one and re-leveling a tank that was starting to sink into the mud ---all at no cost The person who delivers, Travis, is very personable and competent. They now fill tanks at all three different locations where I have propane.

Their word means nothing. In January I ordered propane from them. My husband and I went in and asked if we can get just 100 of propane. She said that they would do that. Now she said she don't remember doing that. Shady business. I wouldn't do business with them.

I called to see if I could get service with them and to see how it all works. She explained that I would need to have an inspection done which I had no problem with, I let her know I just finished a house in the area and needed service by the weekend it was Monday. That's where things went downhill, she said she didn't know when they could get out, that they are too busy. I said that doesn't provide very much insight as to whether I would have heat for my family or not. She said I am sorry sir but that's all I can do and tried to cut me off to end the call, I said if your too busy for new business please tell me....to which she stumbled for words. I asked for her manager and that went even worse. Her manager got on and I explained the situation and got the same answer, I told her I have no problem going with someone else if they do not want my business....she said yes then go ahead and call someone else....so I did. Do not use this company, nobody should treat people like this.
