| Miguel Perez | Was attempting to set up an appointment for an estimate on roof repairs as I had gotten it approved and covered through my home insurance. For starters apparently they do not open or answer calls on weekends which are the only days I have off from work to handle personal affairs so had to leave a message. Someone did finally call me back Monday morning, however they said they were just a secretary and were only calling to obtain my info. She stated she would relay the message and someone would get back to me to set up an appointment. That was last week on Monday and I have yet to receive a call back. I guess they must be extremely busy. I have since gotten a hold of another roofing company who did answer immediately and was at my home the very next day. In the end, everything happens for a reason I guess. If they take this long to call back for an appointment, I can only imagine how long they would take to do the actual job. |
