| Allen Light | Rude cashier. Tried to buy some basic window screen hardware and the last package they had was missing parts. Rather than try to find a substitute for the missing part just a spring, she told me she couldn't sell me this to me since I might try to return it and claim that it was missing parts. Made zero sense to me! I couldn't do the repair without all the parts so I ended up driving across the bridge to Southerlands. They have lower prices and a better selection anyway, but you would think that the employees at this store could at least try a little bit to serve the customer... |
