Ryan came out to our place same day as we called on a Saturday. Luckily we only needed a quick snake and our place was back on track. Gave us a few suggestions about our piping and said there was no need to have septic pumped. Appreciated the help and quick response!

Yesterday, I called Blount's and explained that I had a serious problem with my septic system for the second time in less than a month. The people that came out the first time could not make it. Blount's was busy and could not get here until several days later. In les than 20 minutes they called me back and had arranged to have someone out here. In the afternoon, a you man, Chris Flores showed up and went to work on my system. He found the problem to be that the previous service that had come out had failed to locate and pump a second tank. He located and dug up the second tank and pumped it also. I cannot say enough kind words about this young man. He is courteous, professional, well dressed for the work and very informative. He offered us other options that would help to keep the septic system and lateral lines functional as needed. These folks are professional and prices are reasonable. I will keep them in our address book for future reference and will reccomend them to anyone in need of their services.
