I knew it was time for a new roof but of course finding a trustworthy roofing company is like finding a needle in a haystack!! Most are all about profit and "What's in it for me!" I had them out the first time a couple of years back as their reviews are stellar but they said it was not time for a new roof. That in itself showed me honesty and integrity. After the enormous bouts of storms here, I contacted them in regards to an estimate. Russell came out the same day and provided an estimate. Let me tell you from beginning to end, this whole process was seamless and stress free! I am a big communicator and they provided just that! Russell let me know step by step the process, when to expect them and was at my house monitoring the job of the roofing crew! Because I have been burned before with various contractors I of course have my radar up on everything and everyone. This company made this process so easy and fast that I can honestly say that my past contractors need to take a lesson or two from APR!! You all have restored my faith and although I do not need anything else to happen to my house right now, I will use you again the next time I need a new roof! Hopefully later than sooner!!
