Quality Warrantee – Roofing Contractor in Tomball, Texas

Company came out to assess valve in master bathroom shower that would not shut off because I contacted my home warranty. This company had decided that they needed to tear up tile and sheet rock to correct the issue which would cost more money. This did not make sense to me or pass the common sense test. I contacted another plumber on my own for a second opinion and found that this company broke the new valve that they were replacing. Only the valve inside the shower knob needed to be replaced. This company should NOT BE TRUSTED. The owner is very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. BEWARE!!!!!! I reported them to my home warranty company. They are dishonest and shady company! Straight garbage company!

Waited for 3 weeks, said ordered a part. Shut off valve that you can get at Lowes or Home Depot. Came in the first time tried to sell me appliance inspection to whole house water filter system. Talked about all the things he can do and all I wanted was to get my cold water back on. Mentioned that I needed a new Kitchen faucet and then told me to put a pan under the sink to catch the drips til He gets approval to do the work and it would be 1 to 2 days. On the second day called the office, she said that she handled all the calls and that my request was in the middle of the pile and didn't know when she could get to it because she had others before me. I told her I called over a week ago to even get scheduled and told me I didn't have to be so bossy. Bossy, guess I wasn't suppose to ask questions or expect expedient services. Schedule for Chris to come out on Thursday between 12-6 part should be in. Called the next week Part not in, re-scheduled for the following week. He comes in turns the water off and says My faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced. Mind you it was leaking all this time. Left didn't say anything, but was still parked in front, asked him if the water was turned back on. No, he said the faucet leaking. Told him wasn't going to replace the faucet and I need it turned back on. Guess a person isn't suppose to use cold water in the kitchen, he says hot sterilizes everything. Wouldn't let him or anyone from his office replace my dog's collar! Bad!

Worst service, They are lairs. Never come to work.
