Abco Roofing & Construction – Roofing Contractor in Victoria, Texas

Contracted with this company to do repairs on my home after Harvey. They were to replace the roof,repair chain link fence,replace damaged metal storage building, and haul off debris from construction,also replace screen on front porch, and spread crushed rocks on driveway in preparation for new carport to be installed by a different vendor. The roof was metal,replacing a shingle roof.The cost was 11,788.00.they installed it,and almost a year later, it still leaks! As for the metal building,instead of a building kit like I had installed before,they told me they would build one just like the one we had! What we got was a shed built out of scrap they lying around! It leaked so bad,we had to get some spray insulation and plug up the roof so we could use it! They also were supposed to clean up the left over scraps and remove the old storage building! Their worker just dragged some of the stuff out to the ditch in front of our house and set it on fire. I have repeatedly talked to Seth Tucker, their Foreman about this problem, and been told repeatedly that they were going to come back and correct the problems,but I am still waiting for them to show up! The last time I spoke to Seth,he told me that he and his boss were going to be in our area that week and would definitely be by to check the roof out and clean up the debris! That was 90 days ago, and we still haven't seen a sign of them! I would like to sue the pants off them, but I need that money to get a real roofing company to repair my roof which I have already paid for! The moral of this story is do not do business with ABCO Roofing in Victoria Texas! There needs to be a special place in Hell for people who prey on older citizens who don't have unlimited money to pay for a job that has to be done twice! I hope that someone from the company reads this, and comes to see me! I got something to say to them that I can't put in this message!
